1.       It has been reported that when sewage works commence at the Waterfront Development, Wilford Village will have a one-way system operated by temporary traffic lights and that the local bus service will not run on Saturdays.  Upon making enquiries it was confirmed that the buses will run as normal.

2.       There are ‘travellers’ living on the Gresham Playing Field, again, upon making enquiries, it can be confirmed that the ‘travellers’ have been officially requested to vacate the site by Friday the 25th July, if they do not, then legal proceedings will take place.

David Boulton opened the formal procedures of the Annual General Meeting.
