Minutes of the Annual General Meeting

held on Monday 11^th September 2006

at Wilford Social and Bowls Club

This was the reconvened Annual General Meeting from 3^rd July 2006 that was inquorate.

David Boulton had sought advice from Cheryll Rawling at Nottingham City Homes that a subsequent meeting could be called and if this too was inquorate, the meeting could take place.

Under the terms of the constitution, this meeting was also inquorate, but based on the advice from Cherryll Rawling at Nottingham City Homes the meeting took place and all decisions stand.
