Iremongers Pond Association
Iremongers Pond and the surrounding area is managed by the “Iremongers Pond Association” (IPA) - a volunteer group of local residents from in and around Wilford. The pond offers quiet country walks around the bank side path for walkers, pushchairs and dog walkers, together with quiet fishing for many native fish species.
In 2024, thanks to the generous support of Severn Trent and their 'community fund', we were able to purchase a storage shed to store our lawn mower and other maintenance equipment securely. In 2025, thanks to funding from the Tree Council, we are pleased to be extending our community orchard - more details further down this page.
Below you will find useful links to our other pages, including our history, our committee and our wildlife.
Further down this page is a MAP of the pond, information about WHERE WE ARE, and how to CONTACT US.

Iremongers pond
Iremongers Pond is a tranquil and beautiful location for walking and enjoying nature. There is a wheelchair-accessible walk around the pond in addition to further trails and areas to explore beyond. Multiple benches are located at ideal viewing spots with picnic areas for those wishing to enjoy time together.
The dipping platform and Swales provide the perfect opportunity for young and old to get within touching distance of our natural pond life. More information can be found on our Wildlife page.
