Wilford Photography Competition

Your chance to feature in the 2022 Wilford Calendar

Have you taken a great photo of Wilford you'd like to share with the world? We can help! We're creating a 2022 calendar and we need your help and beautiful photographs to fill it. If you've taken a perfect icy photo that captures January or a sunny photo that screams summer sends them our way. The best photos will be published in The Wilford Calendar 2022. 
 

Give your landscape photo a name and either add it to the relevant thread on Facebook or email it (letting us know the month) to WilfordCG@hotmail.com the best entries will be put to the public vote.

Here are the rules 

  1. Entries can either be submitted via email to WilfordCG@hotmail.com or on the This is Wilford Facebook page. 

  2. Photographs entered must be taken in or around Wilford. 

  3. Entrants can submit up to twelve photos in total, one per month.

  4. Only one photo from each entrant will be submitted to the public vote. 

  5. The competition is open to all. 

  6. WCG reserves the right to change the final images if the entry is of a low resolution. The final artwork will be printed at A4.

  7. The competition closes at midnight on the 30th of September. 

  8. The prize is to appear in the Wilford Calendar 2022 and a free copy of the calendar. 

  9. All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must be the sole owner of the copyright.

  10. By entering the competition all entrants grant WCG the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on the website, social media, print and in the Calendar. 

  11.  By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and the WCG reserves the right to exclude any entry from the competition at any time and in its absolute discretion if the WCG has reason to believe that an entrant has breached these rules, acted fraudulently in any way or brings the WCG into disrepute.

  12. The WCG reserves the right to cancel this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

  13. If the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, the WCG reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up.
