Wilford Jubilee Festival 2022 - SCHEDULE:
From 1:00pm - 8:00pm, Sunday 5th June
We hope you will enjoy today as we celebrate 70 happy and glorious years of service from Her Majesty, The Queen. There are many things to keep you, your family and your friends entertained throughout the day of festivities.
We have live music and competitions on the Village Green Main Stage from 1:00pm to 8:00pm. Find a space to sit with a blanket and watch.
Our Royal Look-Alike Contest begins at 2:00pm and our Wilford Crufts Competition begins at 3:30pm.
Bring your home-baked cakes to enter into this year’s Great Wilford Bake-Off at our stall in the Paddock and help us to judge the results at 3:00pm in the Paddock.
Along Main Road, visit our Community Marketplace with stalls by local groups and sellers.
On the Green for children we have crown-making ahead of our Children’s Crown Pageant at 4:00pm. There is also a ‘Bouncy Palace’ and an inflatable slide; a Fire Engine; and sunflower planting fundraising for Ukraine.
In the Paddock, there are garden games and a ‘Pop-Up and Play’ village. Enjoy the royal treatment at our Royal Tea Party in the Paddock with free cream teas and other food available to buy.
From 4:30pm, our Village Green Bar will be open selling wine and beer alongside our Jubilee Jukebox into the evening on the Main Stage.

For First Aid and other emergency situations, such as lost children, please go to the DJ Tent behind the Main Stage. Toilets are available in the Church Hall, an accessible toilet is through the rear gates from the Paddock. Help to keep our community clean by placing rubbish in the bags provided.
Royal Look-Alike Contest
2:00pm, Main Stage on the Village Green
Watch out Liz Look-Alikes and Camilla Copy-Cats - we're looking for you!
We have a bunch of fantastic prizes for those in attendance, with a fun kick-off to the fun festivities of the day.
Come in your best royal outfit, wear your most royal of robes, and unravel your red, white and blue apparel - there are prizes for all.
Don't worry if you're not dressed in the spirit - we have our ways to get you involved!
Great Wilford Bake-Off
3:00pm, The Paddock
Are you a master chef or a chronic creator of soggy bottoms?
Come and get involved in this much-loved community staple:
the Great Wilford Bake-Off.
Enter your own cake, decorated to the Jubilee theme - think flags, crowns and all things corgi related. All entries are welcome: young and old.
All cakes will be judged at 3:00pm by our expert panel based on looks.
Cakes will then be sliced up and shared with everyone in the audience with any donations collected going toward future free events and our fundraising for Ukraine.
There are prizes for both adults and children.
Wilford Crufts
3:30pm, Main Stage on the Village Green
Wilford is a community of dog lovers and we want to celebrate how paw-some that is.
Bring your loyal, royal canine friends along with you and enter them into our new Wilford Crufts Competition.
We have several fun categories for you and your pawed-friend to enter on the day with great prizes on offer. There is nothing to do in advance, just make sure you turn up with all four paws on the floor!
